Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, which includes timely and efficient shipping. Please read our shipping ​and return policy below for detailed information. 

  1. Shipping Methods / Delivery and Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected method, weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.  Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS which you may select either at check out. If you have any shipping limitations, please indicate at checkout in the special instructions box, what delivery restrictions may be required. Also include a daytime phone number and email address.

Shipping is limited to the Contiguous US (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).

Free local delivery is available for Abilene grooming businesses with a minimum purchase of $100.

Local delivery is available Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday are sometimes delayed from being delivered till Monday due to our show schedule. (see our show schedule on Home page for dates we will be out of town).  Please allow 48 hours to process and delivery each order.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. 

Please note, we only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on weeks that we attend shows.  See our show schedule on the "Home" page.

If you need expedited shipping please contact us by email or phone to confirm if expedited processing is available before you place your order.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

  1. Pick-up Locations

Customers will have the option to "Pick Up" orders at AKC sponsored confirmation events we attend. (see show schedule on "Home" page)  

Each "location" will be our vendor booth at a show venue ​o​n a specific ​date, and venue address noted as a "location".  All pick up orders must be purchased 72 hours ​prior to the beginning of the "All Breed Group" portion of each show.  If you have questions about this "pick-up option" please email RSGS before you make your purchase.

K-9 Dryers are not eligible for "PICK UP AT VENDOR BOOTH" shipping option.

  1. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on the date of purchase, (as noted above, product is only shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday due to our travel/show schedule) shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, holidays, etc.) may affect delivery times.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to legal regulations or vendor agreements. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us ​at RSGS within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

You may return/exchange most items* within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange provided that the items are in their original packaging and are in new and re-salable condition.  Refunds are issued back to the original payment source only. 

​Shears are meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of performance and durability. Please note for shears returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. It is important to note that we do not accept used shears for return. Shears must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. Returning shears that do not meet the above conditions may result in the refusal of the return or additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our return policy to ensure the highest quality experience for all our customers.

      Return/Exchange Instructions:

  1. In order to process your return/exchange please contact us at ringsidegroomingsupply@gmail.com to receive a return code and Merchandise Return Form.
  2. Fill out the Merchandise Return Form​ and place​ the form along with the items you are returning​ in a box.  Seal the box with tape and adhere the shipping label to the box where it is visible and no part of the label is covered by non transparent tape.
  3. Items returned should be shipped, at your expense, to the following address:  Ringside Grooming Supply PO Box 4165 Abilene, TX 79608.
  4. Make sure all items are packaged securely, all liquid containers are sealed.
  1. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.  Ringside Grooming Supply reserves the right to cancel any online order at any time.  All orders are reviewed for potential fraudulent transactions activity.
